  1. Introduction Welcome to Hotline Glam. Hotline Glam is a digital platform that helps users discover available makeup artists. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

  2. Our Role Hotline Glam is an online platform that helps clients discover makeup artists, submit booking requests, and connect with artists for makeup services. While Hotline Glam facilitates booking requests and payment processing through the platform, makeup services are provided directly by independent artists and not by Hotline Glam. This means: • Clients can browse artist profiles and submit booking requests through the platform • Artists can accept or decline booking requests • Payments may be processed through the platform • Hotline Glam is not responsible for the performance, quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services provided by artists • Any agreement for makeup services is ultimately between the Client and the Artist Hotline Glam does not employ artists and does not provide makeup services directly.

  3. Bookings, Payments, Cancellations & Disputes Once an Artist accepts a booking request, the Client's payment method will be charged the full booking amount. Clients may only have one active booking request at a time. Artist payouts will generally be released 48 hours after a booking has been completed, provided no dispute has been raised. Clients who cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund. Clients who cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining amount may be paid to the Artist as compensation for the reserved appointment time. No-shows are non-refundable. Clients must report any issue relating to non-attendance or non-delivery of services within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Hotline Glam reserves the right to investigate disputes and may request supporting information from both the Client and Artist before determining whether a refund, payout, or payment adjustment is appropriate. Hotline Glam reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse payouts while a dispute is being investigated.

  4. No Responsibility for Services Hotline Glam provides a platform that allows clients and artists to connect, submit booking requests, and process payments. All makeup services are provided by independent artists and not by Hotline Glam. Hotline Glam does not guarantee: • The quality, suitability, or outcome of services provided by artists • That an artist will accept a booking request • The availability of any artist at a particular time • That a booking will proceed without cancellation or changes Clients must raise any concerns regarding a booking within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Hotline Glam may review concerns submitted within this period in accordance with its policies. Once the 24-hour period has expired and payment has been released to the artist, Hotline Glam is generally unable to investigate complaints, reverse payments, or become involved in disputes relating to the completed service. Clients and artists remain responsible for their own conduct, communications, and obligations relating to any booking.

  5. Artist Listings Artists using Hotline Glam agree to: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including pricing, service areas, availability, and portfolio content • Ensure that any images, content, or information uploaded to their profile are accurate and owned by them or used with permission • Keep their profile information reasonably up to date • Respond to booking requests and client communications in a timely manner • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional requirements relating to their services Hotline Glam reserves the right to: • Edit, suspend, reject, or remove listings at its discretion • Remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or breaches these Terms • Feature, promote, rank, or display artist profiles in any order or manner at its discretion • Suspend or terminate artist accounts that breach these Terms or negatively impact the platform or its users

  6. Artist Cancellations If an artist cancels a confirmed booking, the client will be entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid through Hotline Glam. Artists are expected to honour accepted bookings. Repeated cancellations may result in warnings, reduced visibility, suspension, or removal from the platform. Where possible, Hotline Glam may assist clients in locating an alternative artist; however, Hotline Glam does not guarantee that a replacement artist will be available.

  7. User Accounts You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information • Keep your login details secure • Not share your account We may suspend or remove accounts that: • Provide false information • Violate these terms • Misuse the platform

  8. Commission & Fees Artists agree that Hotline Glam may deduct a commission fee from bookings processed through the platform. The applicable commission rate will be communicated to artists and may be updated from time to time. Additional platform fees, including listing fees, subscription fees, or other service fees, may be introduced in the future. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated to users. We reserve the right to update our pricing and fee structure at any time.

  9. Payments Payments made through Hotline Glam are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. By using Hotline Glam, users agree to comply with any applicable terms and requirements of our payment providers. Hotline Glam does not store full payment card details. Artists agree that applicable commissions and fees may be deducted from booking payments before funds are released. Payment processing times, payouts, and refunds may be subject to the policies and procedures of our payment providers.

  10. Off-Platform Transactions To help protect users and maintain the integrity of the platform, artists and clients agree not to arrange, process, or complete bookings outside of Hotline Glam. All booking requests and payments must be completed through the platform unless otherwise approved by Hotline Glam. Hotline Glam reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass the platform or avoid applicable fees.

  11. User Content Users may upload content, including profile information, images, and descriptions. By uploading content, you confirm that: • You own the content or have permission to use it • The content is accurate and not misleading • The content is not unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate By uploading content to Hotline Glam, you grant us permission to use, display, and share that content for platform, marketing, and promotional purposes. Hotline Glam may remove content at any time.

  12. Prohibited Use You must not: • Mislead users • Impersonate others • Post false or harmful information • Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

  13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Hotline Glam is not liable for: • Loss of income or profits • Missed bookings or business opportunities • The quality or outcome of services provided by artists • Damages, losses, or costs arising from the use of the platform

  14. Disclaimer The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee: • That artists will always be available • That the platform will be error-free • That you will secure bookings

  15. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if: • Terms are breached • Misuse is detected Artists may request the deletion or deactivation of their account at any time.

  16. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  17. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
